[FR] Design d’intérieur et mobilier sur mesure pour la cuisine d’un loft 2-étages dans le Mile-Ex.

[FR] En voulant éviter une rénovation complète de la cuisine, la cliente souhaite repenser sa cuisine au 2e étage. Comme elle cuisine beaucoup, et passe de longues heures dans cette pièce, elle souhaite avoir un coin confortable pour s’assoir, lire et se détendre sans devoir toujours descendre au salon en bas. Un autre aspect important est de créer une atmosphère paisible et chaleureuse tout en délimitant un espace salle à manger versatile.

Pour limiter les coûts et les interventions majeures dans l’espace, choisi de me concentrer sur le design de mobilier sur mesure tout en portant une attention particulière au choix des matériaux et couleurs. Inspirée par le fleuve (ce courant harmonieux, fort et tranquille) et la nature (un refuge qui nous fait ralentir), j’ai opté pour des
matériaux naturels tels que le bois et la peinture à la chaux. Ceux-ci apportent texture et chaleur à l’espace et lient les différents éléments de décors ensemble.

[EN] Wanting to avoid a complete kitchen renovation, the client wishes to rethink her kitchen on the second floor. Since she cooks a lot and spends long hours in this space, she wants a comfortable space where she can sit, read, and relax without always having to go downstairs to the living room. Another important aspect is creating a peaceful and warm atmosphere while defining a versatile dining area.

To keep costs down and minimize major interventions in the space, I chose to focus on designing custom furniture while paying particular attention to the selection of materials and colours. Inspired by the river (its harmonious, strong, and tranquil flow) and nature (a refuge that encourages us to slow down), I opted for natural materials such as wood and limewash paint. These elements add texture and warmth to the space, tying the various décor elements together.
